Tarte au céleri rave et à la pomme

Préparation


Etape 1

Eplucher le céleri et le couper en bâtonnets, placer les bâtonnets dans de l'eau citronnée pour éviter l'oxydation, cuire à la vapeur 20 minutes et réserver.

Etape 2

Réaliser un appareil avec la poudre d'amandes, l'oeuf, le sucre et 1 c à c de cannelle.

Etape 3

Abaisser la pâte et la couvrir de " frangipane ". Disposer pommes et céleri en alternance.

Etape 4

Terminer en saupoudrant le sucre de canne mélangé avec le reste de cannelle.

Etape 5

Cuire au four à 180° pendant 30 minutes. Bon appétit :)
